Warpen Pryde Folders

The anniversary celebration of warrior~poet icons continues with a GLBT edition of Warpen Folders. Visibility and inclusion, that's my motto, and these colorful pride stripes and lively folders are another step in that direction.

Awareness

After designing a red awareness ribbon, I thought "Why stop at just one color?" and didn't. Rainbow, bi, and trans pride ribbons are included. You can also arrange single-color ribbons in pride stripe order across your desktop.

Pryde Eggs

It's never too late for eggs! Use them to serve your pride "over easy" or "sunny side up." These are decorated in rainbow, bi, trans, bear, leather, and ally pride stripes.

National Coming Out Day (2003)

October 11 is National Coming Out Day. "It's a Family Affair" this year and as HRC says, coming out is a journey, not a destination. For information about coming out (including coming out as a straight ally) please visit the HRC's Coming Out Project.

Canada Pryde

Now that same-sex couples can marry in Ontario and British Columbia, I see the time approaching when we can do the same here in the United States. For now, I salute our neighbor to the north with pride-striped icons of each Canada province.

Pryde Aloft

I couldn't resist putting Pride stripes on a select set of Aloft icons. Few sights cheer me as much as hot air balloons drifting calmly across the sky. What a thrill it would be to see an actual Pride-striped balloon glide by for all to see!

Pastel Pryde

Something for spring, grown from an Art Nouveau stained glass design. The shapes are a bit playful and the colors are pastels of the usual pride stripes. It's a gentler look than usual for me, but I think the results are pleasant.

State Pryde

Celebrate Gay and Lesbian Pride Month (June) with my State Pryde icons and a message both matter-of-fact and succinct: this is our home, too! All 50 US states, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico are included.
